PVR is an online, annual literary arts journal which publishes short fiction, poetry, and art on a selective basis by new and established authors. All unsolicited manuscripts are considered equally for publication, and new, original, and provocative work which challenges traditional literary paradigms is desired. Subscription to our online publication is free, as we are a nonprofit organization. Electronic submissions are accepted for the convenience of you and our editors. We hope you enjoy our art and prose and help build the community by submitting your own.
